摘要
针对共享路权有轨电车线路整体埋入式无砟轨道,建立无砟轨道—路基有限元模型,研究路基不均匀沉降对共享路权有轨电车轨道结构受力的影响规律,并进行路基沉降波长与幅值的限值分析。研究结果表明:路基发生工后不均匀沉降时,由于自重作用,共享路权有轨电车轨道各层结构会发生相应跟随性变形;当路基沉降幅值较大时,轨道板与路基表层间会发生脱空,且在沉降开始和结束位置附近钢轨会发生局部上拱翘曲;轨道结构之间的附加拉、压应力与层间接触应力受沉降波长和幅值的综合影响,应重点关注波长为15~25 m范围内的路基沉降并严格控制沉降幅值的变大,以确保轨道服役的安全耐久性。
According to the structure of the whole embedded slab track on solid bed for tramcar on sharing road right,the track-subgrade vertical coupled model was established based on the finite element method.On this basis,the influences of uneven subgrade settlements on the track structure stress of tramcar on sharing road right were studied.Beside,the limit of wavelength and amplitude of the subgrade settlement were studied.The results show that the upper layers of slab track structure deform with the subgrade settlement under gravity.When the amplitude of the uneven subgrade settlement is large enough,the gaps between the slab and subgrade would occur,and the local warping deformation of rail nearby the beginning and the end locations of the uneven subgrade settlement would also occur.The stress of the track structure is affected comprehensively by the wavelength and amplitude of the subgrade settlement.The uneven subgrade settlements that the wavelength is between 15~25 m should be paid more attention,and the amplitude also be limited strictly,all of which will ensure the safety and durable of the track.
