不同载荷下TBM盘形滚刀破岩试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了研究不同载荷(静载、动静组合加载)下全断面岩石掘进机(TBM)盘形滚刀破岩的破碎效果及破碎效率,选用大理岩开展滚刀直线切削破岩实验和破碎块筛分实验,对比分析切削过程的破岩量、破碎块的特征以及破碎比能耗与平均破碎块度的规律。实验结果表明:在同一贯入度及刀间距下,动静组合加载下的大破碎块相对较多,并且破岩量要大于静载的;加入冲击动载后,破碎块的块度变得均匀,平均破碎块度增大约1.6倍,在刀间距60~80 mm时最大;破碎比能耗随着平均块度的增加而减小,呈现出指数关系,在相同的切削条件下动静组合加载的破碎比能耗要小于静载的。 In order to study the crushing effect and the efficiency of energy consumption in crushing with disc cutters for tunneling boring machine(TBM)under different load conditions(static loading,coupling static and dynamic loading),marble rock were chosen to conduct the disc cutter linear cutting test and broken rock slag screening experiment,the rock breakage,characteristics of the broken pieces as well as the energy consumption were analyzed.Test results show that big broken pieces are relatively greater when impact loading was exerted,and the rock breakage is also more than static loading’s under same penetration and spacing.The size of broken pieces are became well-distributed,the average size increases about 1.6 times after giving impacting loading,the average size is biggest at a space of 60~80 mm.The energy consumption decreases with the increase of average size,exhibiting an exponential relationship.Under same cutting condition,the energy consumption of coupling static and dynamic loading is less than the static loading.
