摘要
质量管理对NGS实验室非常重要。本文基于"5M1E"分析法对影响实验室检测结果的准确性和可靠性的多个因素进行了分析阐述。该套分析方法可以应用在日常质量管理中,包括人员资质培训、设备的验证标识、试剂耗材管理、检测样本管理、标准操作、环境布局控制和检测结果提升等方面。
Quality management is very important in NGS laboratory.Factors which may affect the accuracy and reliability of the laboratory testing data result are analyzed using“5M1E”method in this article.The“5M1E”analysis method should be applied to quality management process as described here including training,machine validation,reagent and consumables management,specimen management,standard operation,environment control and accuracy improvement of the test results.
