基于CRUISE的CVT车型离合器模块建模研究

Research on Clutch Model of CVT Model Based on CRUISE

乘用车CVT变速箱大多采用多片湿式离合器与液力变矩器作为转速调节元件。在基于AVL Cruise仿真软件的实际仿真应用过程中,发现其自带的离合器模型无法完全模拟实车状态下的离合器动作,文章通过对CVT仿真模型的研究,总结出了一系列的建模方法,在实际工程应用中起到了一定的作用。

Most passenger car CVT gearboxes use multiple wet clutches and hydraulic torque converters as speed adjustment components.In the actual simulation application process based on AVL Cruise simulation software,it is found that the self-contained high clutch model can not fully simulate the clutch action under real vehicle state.This paper summarizes a series of modeling through the research of CVT simulation model.The method has played a certain role in practical engineering applications.
