摘要
首先对初始设计的进气歧管进行CFD分析,表明各缸进气均匀性较差,根据问题情况对进气歧管做了优化设计,再次对优化后的进气歧管进行CFD分析,分析表明:初始方案各缸流量系数偏差最大为-2.45%,进气均匀性较差;优化后的流量系数偏差最大为0.92%,优化效果明显。进气歧管入口处的腔体结构直接影响进气均匀性。
Analyzing the CFD of the original inlet manifold at first,the inlet uniformity is unqualified,then the optimal design of inlet manifold is optimized,analyzing the CFD of the original inlet manifold once again,the results show that:the maximum inlet flow coefficient variation of each cylinder is-2.45%before the optimization,the air inlet uniformity is poor,the maximum inlet flow coefficient variation of each cylinder is 0.92%after the optimization,the optimization effect is obvious.The inlet uniformity is influenced by the structure of the inlet manifold cone.
