摘要
对某增压发动机的增压器近场噪声和增压器振动进行测试,结果发现,增压器近场噪声较大,而振动并不明显,噪声中心频率约2500HZ,分析造成增压器啸叫的原因是增压器同步脉冲噪声导致;针对噪声频率设计一款消声器,对增加消声器后的车辆进行测试,结果表明:增压器同步噪声得到明显优化,车内啸叫消失。
Analyzing the NVH of the turbocharged engine,the near field noise is obvious,but the vibration is unconspicuous,the noise maximum frequency is 2500Hz,the reason of turbocharger noise is synchrous pulse noise;Designing a silencer for the turbocharger noise,analyzing the NVH with the silencer,the results show that:the synchrous pulse noise is optimized,there is no turbocharger noise in the car.
