某新型动力总成抗扭悬置设计及仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 在商用车,皮卡,轻重型客车及大型工程车辆上多采用纵置动力总成,其扭矩质量较大,且柴油车辆居多,工作过程较为粗暴,在工作过程中振动较大,点熄火及扭矩突变的工况抖动振幅及余振都极为明显,是当今车辆的一个亟待解决的问题,文章主要以点熄火抖动大作为出发点进行问题的分析归纳及优化方向作为研究方向,提出了新型悬置的设计理念及其对应的解耦结果对比分析及结论的验证,从而达到一个针对该问题的解决方案及思路。 Longitudinal powertrain is widely used in commercial vehicles,pickup trucks,light and heavy passenger cars and large construction vehicles.Its torque quality is high,and diesel vehicles are the majority,the working process is rough,and the vibration in the working process is large,the jitter amplitude and aftershock of the working condition of ignition quenching and sudden change of torque are very obvious.It is a modern vehicle.In this paper,the design concept of the new suspension and the corresponding decoupling results are compared and analyzed,and the conclusions are verified,so as to achieve a solution and ideas for this problem.
