某款重卡车型零部件气味性提升措施 被引量:1

An odor enhancement measure for parts of a heavy truck

摘要 通过对某款重卡车型内饰零部件总成进行气味性摸底检测分析,识别不合格零部件,结合零部件总成原材料、生产工艺、仓储等信息制定整改提升措施。测试结果表明:用整改零部件总成装车并进行整车气味性检测,气味性等级达到4.0级,满足江淮整车气味性设计要求。 Based on the odor analysis of a heavy truck interior parts assembly,the unqualified parts were identified,and effective measures were made according to the raw materials,production process and storage information of the parts assembly.The test results show that the odor level of the heavy truck reaches 4.0 grade,which meets the requirements of JAC odor standard.
