随着社会对汽车高技能人才的需求,迫切需要中职院校进行改革,提高教师的教学服务水平,企业实践是提高教学质量的有效途径之一。通过企业实践,能够有效了解企业的用人要求与标准,同时将企业实践经验和素材应用于教学,接近实际企业要求,学以致用,使课堂有用、有效、有趣。

With the society's demand for high-skilled automobile talents,it is urgent for secondary vocational schools to reform and improve teaching service.Enterprise practice is one of the effective ways to improve teaching quality.Through enterprise practice,we can effectively understand the requirements and standards of enterprise employment,and at the same time apply enterprise practice experience and materials to teaching,close to the actual requirements of enterprises,learn and apply,making the classroom useful,effective and interesting.
