基于《JT/T 1094营运客车安全技术条件》标准的客车座椅试验

Passenger bus seat test based on the standard《JT/T 1094 Safety and technical conditions for operating passenger vehicles》

2016年12月30日,交通部发布《JT/T1094-2016营运客车安全技术条件》标准,标准在《GB 13057-2014客车座椅及其车辆固定件的强度》的基础上对营运客车的座椅试验从安全角度提出了更高的要求。本文在GB 13057座椅试验的基础上,融合JT/T 1094标准提出的新增要求,对营运客车座椅展开试验。本文主要从试验计划的制定、试验工装的准备、座椅的安装到试验过程,以及试验结果的分析进行了较为详细的论述,对后续座椅的改进具有较强的指导意义,以便读者参考。

On December 30,2016,the Ministry of Communications issued the《JT/T1094-2016 Safety specifications for commercial bus》,based on the《GB 13057-2014 The strength of the seats and their anchorages of passenger vehicles》,it put forward higher request for commercial bus tryout of bus seats.Based on the GB 13057 standard,this paper integrates the new requirements put forward by JT/T 1094 standard,and develops dynamic test on the passenger seat.This paper mainly from the development of the pilot plan,the preparation of the test tooling,the installation of the seat to the test process,and the analysis of the test results are discussed in detail,the improvement of the follow-up seat has a strong guiding significance for the reader reference.
