结核分枝杆菌感染致巨噬细胞脂代谢改变的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 结核分枝杆菌引起的结核病是全球致死性传染病之一,结核感染期间结核分枝杆菌利用巨噬细胞脂质作为主要碳源。结核分枝杆菌与巨噬细胞间的相互作用、巨噬细胞内的免疫应答及脂质平衡密切相关。结核病患者肺内脂质含量明显增加,而外周血内胆固醇含量却明显降低。本文从巨噬细胞中结核分枝杆菌的能量代谢、结核分枝杆菌感染致肺部及血中巨噬细胞脂代谢改变等方面对结核分枝杆菌感染致巨噬细胞脂代谢改变的研究进展作一综述,以期发现结核病治疗的新靶点和新方法。 Tuberculosis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis is one of the most deadly infectious diseases in the world.M.tuberculosis utilized host lipids as carbon sources during infection.The interaction between M.tuberculosis and macrophages is closely related to the immune response and lipid balance in macrophages.For tuberculosis patients,the content of lipid in lung increased obviously while the content of cholesterol in peripheral blood decreased obviously.This article reviews the advances in the study of M.tuberculosis infection induced changes of lipid metabolism in macrophages from energy metabolism of M.tuberculosis in macrophages and changes of lipid metabolism of lung and blood in macrophages caused by M.tuberculosis infection in order to find new targets and methods for the treatment of tuberculosis.
