摘要
对比分析了3种浆液钛系催化剂(分别记作催化剂A、催化剂B、催化剂C)在Unipol工艺聚乙烯装置上生产高密度聚乙烯DMDA-8007的工业应用情况。结果表明:3种催化剂的组成基本相同,使用期间反应器均运行平稳,DMDA-8007满足优等品要求;催化剂A价格最高,活性最高,达24 063 g/g,物耗最小,为1 015.64 kg/t,催化剂使用总成本最小,为69.08元/t;催化剂B价格最低,活性最低,物耗较催化剂A高3.80 kg/t,催化剂使用总成本较催化剂A高13.26元/t;催化剂C的价格和活性居中,物耗较催化剂A高3.73 kg/t,催化剂使用总成本比催化剂A高8.81元/t。线性拟合结果表明:与使用催化剂A相比,使用催化剂B或催化剂C生产时,循环气冷却器压差上涨速度更快;催化剂A最适于Unipol工艺装置长周期低成本稳定生产DMDA-8007。
Three titanium slurry catalysts,catalyst A,B,and C were compared and evaluated,which were used in the Unipol polyethylene(PE)unit for high density PE DMDA-8007.The results indicate that these catalysts are similar in composition,the reactor runs smoothly using these catalyses,and the qualities of DMDA-8007 produced by these catalysts respectively meet the requirements of excellent grade.Catalyst A has the highest price,the highest activity of 24 063 g/g,the lowest monomer consumption of 1 015.64 kg/t and the lowest total cost of¥69.07/t.Catalyst B has the lowest price,the lowest activity,the highest monomer consumption that is higher than that of catalyst A by 3.80 kg/t and the highest total cost higher than that of catalyst A by¥13.29/t.Catalyst C has the medium price and activity,whose monomer consumption is higher than that of catalyst A by 3.73 kg/t and total cost higher than that of catalyst A by¥8.81/t.The results of linear fitting show that the differential pressure rise rate of the circulating gas cooler when catalyst B or catalyst C is used is quicker than that when catalyst A is used.Catalyst A suits the best for long-term low-cost stable production of DMDA-8007 in Unipol plant.
