新型畜禽免疫增强剂天花粉多糖的制备工艺优化 被引量:3

摘要 采用响应面试验优化超声波辅助水浴法提取天花粉多糖的制备工艺,并考察天花粉多糖对肉仔鸡免疫器官指数的影响,为新型畜禽免疫增强剂天花粉多糖的开发利用奠定理论基础。提取试验中以超声提取时间、提取温度、液料比为自变量,天花粉多糖得率为响应值,做三因素三水平响应面回归分析,然后分析各因素的显著性和彼此的交互作用,优化得出天花粉多糖超声波辅助水浴法提取的最佳工艺是:超声时间30 min、提取温度60℃、液料比30 mL/g;该条件下多糖的得率为3.29%,与理论预测值无显著差异。对天花粉多糖进行免疫学方面的试验研究,结果表明,天花粉多糖能显著提高肉仔鸡的脾脏指数,从而提高肉仔鸡的免疫机能。 The preparation process of polysaccharide of snakegourd root(Radix Trichosanthis)by ultrasonic assisted water bath method was optimized by response surface test,and the effect of polysaccharide on immune organ index of broiler chicken was investigated,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for development and utilization of the novel livestock immune enhancer.In the extraction experiment,the ultrasonic extraction time,extraction temperature,and liquid material ratio were the independent variables,with the yield of polysaccharide for response,three factor three level design of response surface method was adopted.Then the significance of each factor and the interaction between each other were analyzed,and the optimal extraction condition of polysaccharide of snakegourd root by ultrasonic assisted water bath method was listed:the ultrasonic time was 30 min,the extraction temperature was 60℃,the liquid material ratio was 30 mL/g.The optimal polysaccharide yield was 3.29%,showing no significant difference from the predicted value.The immunological test result showed that the polysaccharide of snakegourd root could improve the immune organ index of chicken spleen significantly,thereby improving the immune function of broilers.
