摘要 利用吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法分析水中挥发性有机物,考察3种不同吸附剂组合对水中68种挥发性有机物的吸附和脱附性能。结果表明:由石墨化炭黑B、碳分子筛1000和碳分子筛1001混合吸附剂填充的捕集管对68种组分在较宽浓度范围内有较好的吸附和脱附性能,线性相关系数在0.992~0.999之间,且水分对其干扰较小。选用K管对实际水样进行3次平行测定和加标回收率分析,68种挥发性有机物的相对标准偏差在1.2%~5.3%之间,加标回收率在82%~119%之间,精密度和准确度均较好。 The adsorption and desorption properties of three different mixed adsorbents on 68 kinds of volatile organic compounds in water were investigated by purge trap/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results show that the adsorption and desorption properties of tubes filled with graphited carbon black B,carbon molecular sieve 1000 and carbon molecular sieve 1001 are better for the 68 kinds of volatile organic compounds in a wider range of concentration.The correlation coefficient of standard curve is between 0.992-0.999.In addition,the moisture interference is less than the other two trap tubes.Three parallel determinations and recoveries of standard addition are carried out on the actual water sample with K tube.The relative standard deviation of the 68 kinds of volatile organic compounds is between 1.2%-5.3%and the standard addition recoveries are in the range of 82%-119%.The precision and accuracy of both kinds of tests are good.
