分光光度法测定大气降水中亚硝酸盐方法的改进 被引量:2

摘要 对大气降水中亚硝酸盐测定方法(大气降水中亚硝酸盐测定N-(1-萘基)-乙二胺光度法)进行优化和改进性研究,分别从分析方法的测定范围,校准曲线标准点的优化配置,以及测试灵敏度的相关因素等方面进行条件试验和比对分析,选择和确定优选的测定条件;并对改进后的方法进行技术评价。结果表明,经过改进后,方法的检出限为0.010 mg/L,测定下限为0.040 mg/L;测定范围为0.040~0.80 mg/L。改进后的测定方法,测定范围合理,检测下限低,灵敏度高。方法的精密度和准确度符合技术要求,适合于大气降水中亚硝酸盐,以及其他水体中亚硝酸盐含量的测定。 This paper has optimized and improved the spectrophotometry for the determination of nitrite(namely N-(1-naphthyl)-1,2-diaminoethane dihydrochloride spectrophotometry)in atmospheric precipitation.The condition test and comparative analysis are performed in terms of the determination range of this method,the optimization allocation of standard points in the calibration curve,and the relevant factor of measuring sensitivity,etc.Then,the optimized determination conditions are selected and confirmed.Finally,technical evaluation is carried out for the improved method.The results show that the improved method has a detection limit of 0.010 mg/L,with a lower limit of 0.040 mg/L and a determination range of 0.040-0.80 mg/L.Therefore,it owns a reasonable determination range,with a reduced lower limit and an improved measuring sensitivity.Moreover,both its precision and accuracy meet the technical requirements.So,it is suitable for the determination of nitrite in atmospheric precipitation and other water bodies.
