高效液相色谱法测定桶装水及水桶中双酚A含量 被引量:10

摘要 该文建立固相萃取/高效液相色谱测定桶装水及水桶中双酚A含量的方法。桶装水样品经C18固相萃取柱富集,水桶用二氯甲烷溶解甲醇提取双酚A;采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水(V/V,60:40)为流动相,检测波长224 nm,高效液相色谱法测定双酚A含量。在最优检测条件下,双酚A在0.4~10μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.999 8),方法的检出限为0.069μg/mL,定量限为0.23μg/mL,平均回收率为98.3%。该方法简便、灵敏、重现性好,所抽取桶装水中并未检测到双酚A的存在,水桶材质中检测出双酚A的含量为37.1μg/g。 A method was developed for detection of bisphenol A in drinking water and buckets by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)coupled with solid phase extraction(SPE).The water sample enrichment by C18 solid phase extraction column and the buckets was dissolved in methylene chloride,BPA extracted by methanol;the chromatographic column was the C18 and using acetonitrile-water(V/V,60:40)as mobile phase,the measurement wavelength is 224 nm then detected by high performance liquid chromatography.The method showed high degree of linearity over the range of 0.4-10μg/mL have a good linear relationship(r2=0.999 8).The detection limit of the method is 0.069μg/mL,the quantification limit is 0.23μg/mL,with an average recovery of 98.3%.The method was a very simple rapid sensitive and efficient analytical method for the determination of BPA in water samples and the target was not detected in the water simples,the content of BPA in the buckets was 37.1μg/g.
