摘要
针对由乘法自动增益控制模块组成的模拟驱动起振慢问题,以及乘法自动增益控制电路低放大倍数慢稳幅速度、高放大倍数稳幅快但不稳定特性,研制由峰值检波电路、低通滤波、除法电路组成基于除法原理的自动增益控制模块。仿真实验表明,基于除法自动增益控制模块具有快速稳幅及小信号稳幅特点,实际基于除法自动增益控制模块的模拟驱动电路测试表明,改进驱动电路提高了流量计起振速度,增强流量管振动稳定性。
To solve the problem of slow starting vibration of analog drive composed of multiplication automatic gain control module,as well as the slow steady speed of the multiplier automatic gain control circuit,and the steady but unstable characteristics of the high-amplitude automatic gain control circuit.,a new AGC(or called divider AGC)based on division method was studied,which was composed of peak-detector,low-pass filter and divider circuit.Simulation results show that the automatic gain control module based on division has the characteristics of fast and small signal amplitude stability.The actual test of the simulated drive circuit based on the automatic gain control module of division shows that the improved drive circuit improves the vibration velocity of the flowmeter and increases the vibration stability of the flow tube.
