摘要
针对传统pH检测仪检测效率低、精度不高、实时性不高等问题,设计了一种高精度多路溶液pH值检测系统。该系统以STM32系列单片机为控制核心,运用ZigBee无线传输技术实现采集数据的传输,不受现场环境因素的制约;利用模拟PID控制算法对溶液的pH值进行调节,能有效地解决pH值的非线性问题。试验表明,该系统具有良好的实时性和精确性,可以满足水质pH值检测的要求。
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency,low accuracy and low real-time performance of traditional pH detector,a high precision multipath solution pH detection system was designed.The system took STM32 series MCU as the control core and used ZigBee wireless transmission technology to realize the transmission of data collection,which is not restricted by the field environment factors.Using the simulated PID control algorithm to adjust the pH value of the solution,the nonlinear problem of pH value can be effectively solved.The experimental results show that the system has good real-time performance and accuracy,and can meet the requirements of water quality pH detection.
