摘要
文中设计了沥青路面抗渗水性能检测系统。系统采用高精度的eTape液位传感器,连接四核芯片核心板,采集的数据可在仪器的显示屏显示,并在内核进行存储;数据采集完成后,可自动进行渗水率的计算,并参照标准规范进行检测结果评定。同时,检测数据和结果可通过蓝牙和串口通信实时向手机端和电脑端传输。最后,将传感器采集的路面渗水率与实际值进行比对,两组数值重合率高。沥青路面抗渗水性能检测传感器系统,消除了人工读数的误差,具有高效率、操作简单、数据精度高的特点。
This study developed an instrument for asphalt pavement permeability survey.This instrument used eTape liquid sensor for water film depth measurement,which connected the core board of the quad-core chip.The collected data were proposed on the screen of the instrument,and stored on the database of the system.After the data collection,the permeability was calculated automatically.The test results were evaluated with reference to standard specifications.Meanwhile,the test data and results can be transmitted to mobile phone and computer in real time through bluetooth and serial communication Finally,the pavement permeability collected by the sensor is compared with the actual value,and the coincidence rate is high.The sensor system of anti-permeability performance detection on asphalt pavement eliminates the error of manual reading and is characterized by high efficiency,simple operation and high data accuracy.
