摘要
为了实现超宽带脉冲信号的高速率采样,雷达液位计采用等效时间采样方法有效降低对系统模数转换器的要求,时钟抖动是采样过程中影响信噪比和测量精度的主要因素之一。文中按照时钟抖动满足高斯随机过程模型,讨论时钟抖动对等效时间采样的脉冲信号的信噪比影响并给出了理论公式。仿真结果验证了计算公式的正确性,并给出了信噪比损失随各种因素变化的趋势以及信噪比损失对测距精度的影响。
In order to complete the high rate sampling,radar level meter using the equivalent time sampling method can effectively reduce the system requirements of the analog to digital converter(ADC).Clock jitter is one of the most importation factors that affects the Signal-to-Noise Rate(SNR).This paper discusses the effect on the SNR of the pulse due to clock jitter and derives the theoretical formula based on Gauss random process model.The simulation results verify the formula and shows the change tendency of the SNR following various factors and the impact of the SNR loss which is caused by clock jitter on measurement accuracy.
