摘要
对基于LC谐振器和收发线圈技术的位移传感器的电磁效应进行研究,建立电磁耦合线圈模型,根据毕奥-萨法尔定律和法拉第电磁感应定律推导接收线圈中感应电压表达式。并使用Ansoft Maxwell软件仿真分析传感器敏感机理,同时对天线板与LC谐振器之间的距离进行优化。最终,印制LC谐振器和收发线圈电路板进行实验,验证了理论分析与仿真优化的正确性。
The electromagnetic effect of the displacement sensor based on LC resonator and transceiver technology was studied,the electromagnetic coupling coil model was established,and the induced voltage expression of the receiving coil was deduced according to the law of Biosufar law and Faraday s electromagnetic induction law.The sensitivity mechanism of the sensor was analyzed by Ansoft Maxwell software,and the distance between the antenna plate and the LC resonator was optimized.Finally,the LC resonator and the transmitter and receiver circuit board were tested to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and simulation optimization.
