摘要
探究公众核与辐射安全意识的特点、核电的权益观、宣传与舆情应对渠道,为核与辐射安全公众宣传、舆情应对平台与处理方案提供数据支持。采用分层整群随机抽样方法,选取九江彭泽、吉安万安、湖北咸宁以及益阳桃江4地共573人进行问卷调查或访谈。研究表明:公众对核与辐射的认知相对局限,核与辐射安全意识比较敏感而缺乏理性;核电厂址周边公众关于核电发展的利益相关性较高,当地居民利益相关度最大;公众渴望建立沟通、反馈平台;舆情不易控的问题仍然存在;公众了解核电知识途径较广,但仍以传统的电视、听说等方式为主,微信或微博等平台在女性、个体工商户、学生人群中使用相对较多,可结合新媒体便捷的优势,建立长效化、立体化的公众宣传与沟通平台。
To explore the characteristics of the general public's nuclear and radiation safety awareness,the concept of rights and interests of nuclear power,publicity and public opinion response channels,and provide data support for the public publicity of nuclear and radiation safety,the platform for dealing with public opinion and the treatment scheme.By stratified cluster random sampling,a total of 573 people from four places in Pengze,Jiujiang,Wan'an,Ji'an,Xianning,Hubei,and Taojiang,Yiyang were investigated and interviewed.The research shows that the public's cognition of nuclear radiation is relatively limited,and nuclear and radiological safety consciousness is more sensitive and less rational.The public interest in nuclear power development is closely related to the development of nuclear power plants.The public is eager to establish a public communication and feedback platform.Public opinion on public sentiment is more rational.Public knowledge of nuclear power has a wide range of knowledge,but it is still based on traditional television and listening to others,and there are more platforms for WeChat or micro-blog in women,individual businesses and students.Combined with the advantages of new media,we should establish a multi-dimensional,three-dimensional public propaganda and communication platform.
