秦皇岛市体检人群肥胖指标与骨密度的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解秦皇岛市体检人群骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)及骨矿盐含量(bone mineral content,BMC)与肥胖相关指标的关系,为人们骨质健康、预防骨质疏松提供理论依据。方法以体检中心121例年龄22~50岁体检人群为研究对象,依据体重指数(body mass index,BMI)将体检人群分为对照组、超重组及肥胖组,应用双能X线骨密度仪测量骨密度、骨矿盐含量、体脂含量等指标,分析肥胖相关指标与BMD及BMC的关系。结果股骨颈及全部股骨骨密度值在肥胖组最大,超重组次之,对照组最小(P <0. 05);大粗隆骨密度与BMC在肥胖及超重组高于对照组(P <0. 05);回归分析发现年龄、躯干脂肪质量是影响骨密度的重要因素,而腰围、肌肉质量和大腿脂肪质量是影响骨矿盐质的主要因素。结论肥胖相关指标是影响骨密度的重要因素,肥胖者骨密度较超重和正常体型者高,一定程度的肥胖对骨密度具有保护作用。 Objective To explore the relationship between obesity-related indexes and bone mineral density(BMD)as well as bone mineral content(BMC)in physical examination crowd in Qinhaungdao city in order to provide theoretical basis for prevention of osteoporosis.Methods A total of 121 subjects(age range:22~50yr)who received physical examination in physical examination center were enrolled in the study.According to BMI,these subjects were divided into control group,overweight group and obesity group.The levels of BMD,BMC,body fat content and other related parameters were measured by dual-energy X-ray to analyze the correlation between the related indexes and BMD as well as BMC.Results The levels of BMD In femoral neck and all the femur were the highestin obesity group,next in overweight group,which in control group were the lowest(P<0.05).The levels of BMD in greater trochanter and BMC in obesity group and overweight group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The regression analysis showed that age and trunk fat mass were important factors affecting BMD,moreover,waist circumference,mass of muscle and fat mass of the thigh were the main factors influencing BMC.Conclusion The obesity-related factors are important factors affecting BMD,and the levels of BMD in obesity subjects are higher than those in overweight persons and the persons with normal body weight,moreover,a certain range of obesity has protective effects on BMD.
