齐齐哈尔市抗战文化遗址的保护现状及思考

Conservation Status and Reflections on the Qiqihar's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression Cultural Relics

改革开放以来,齐齐哈尔市抗战文化遗址的保护和利用取得了重要的成效:在加强对抗战文化遗址保护和修缮的基础上,采取措施提高文物保护级别;对具有代表性的历史建筑实行挂牌保护;积极发挥抗战文化遗址在爱国主义教育中的积极作用。同时我们也应当看到,以抗击日本帝国主义入侵、弘扬爱国主义为内容的遗址,保护与修缮不断得到关注与重视;记载日本帝国主义侵华罪行、反映中华民族耻辱历史的遗址,受损情况则较为严重。为促进地方经济发展,政府及相关职能部门应当充分利用抗战文化遗址,打造红色旅游线路,提高城市的知名度,促进旅游产业发展,使抗战文化遗址在弘扬爱国主义传统、推动社会经济发展中发挥积极的作用。

Since the reform and opening up,the protection and utilization of these cultural relics in Qiqihar have achieved significant effects.On the base of protection and repairment,we have taken measures to enhance the rank of preserving these cultural relics,implemented specific protections on representative historic buildings,and developed the positive functions in patriotism education.Meanwhile,we should see the protection and repair of cultural relics,with the contents of resistance against Japanese imperialism aggression and the promotion of patriotism,have been constantly concerned.The cultural relics,recording the crime of Japanese imperialism aggression and reflecting Chinese nation disgraceful history,have been damaged seriously.To improve local economy development,the government and relevant functional departments should take full advantages of the cultural relics of counter-Japanese war of to forge red tourism route,enhance city popularity,promote tourist industry,and exert the effective functions of these cultural relics on promoting patriotic tradition and socioeconomic development.
