基于知识转移的制造企业服务创新能力形成路径——内生力的中介作用

基于知识转移视角,引入表征企业内生力的知识吸收能力和知识沟通质量两个中介变量,分析制造企业服务创新能力的形成路径,通过SPSS19.0和AMOS19.0软件进行实证检验。结果表明:就总效应而言,制造企业内生力以及科技服务业的知识转移能力对制造企业服务创新能力的正向影响显著,制造业和科技服务业知识深度距离负向影响制造企业服务创新能力;就中介效应而言,知识吸收能力不能在知识保护程度与服务创新能力之间起中介作用。因此,企业应重视自身内生力的建设,选择知识转移能力较强以及与其有较低知识深度距离的科技服务业,以促进其服务创新能力提高。

Based on the perspective of knowledge transfer,this paper introduces two intermediary variables,knowledge absorption capacity and knowledge communication quality,to analyze the forming path of service innovation ability of manufacturing enterprises and make an empirical test by SPSS19.0 and AMOS19.0 software.The results show that,in terms of the overall effect,the endogenous forces of manufacturing enterprises and the knowledge transfer ability of science and technology service industry have a significant positive impact on the innovation ability of manufacturing enterprises,and the knowledge depth distance of two industries negatively affects manufacturing enterprise service innovation ability;in terms of the intermediary effect,the knowledge absorption capacity cannot be used as an intermediary between knowledge protection degree and service innovation capability.Therefore,the enterprises should emphasize the construction of endogenous forces and choose technology service industry which has strong knowledge transfer ability and low knowledge depth to promote its service innovation ability.
