The Application of the Ability Training of Patient Safety Among Nursing Students in Clinical Practice

患者安全近年来在国内引起广泛关注。在护理本科学生实习过程中,实施基于患者安全能力培养的教学策略。通过制订提高患者安全能力的教学计划,将患者安全融合到护理本科实习教学中,提高实习护士对患者安全的认知,形成保障患者安全的能力,在此基础上践行、传播和研究患者安全,达到知、信、行统一的教学目的。

Patient safety has aroused widespread concern in China in recent years.The implement of teaching strategies based on patient safety ability training among nursing undergraduate students in clinical practice.By making a teaching plan to improve the safety ability of patients,we integrated the safety of patients into the nursing practice,improved the cognition of patients’safety,formed the ability to ensure the safety of patients,and put it into practice on the basis of this in nursing students.Communication and research of patient safety,achieve the purpose of unified knowledge,faith and practice.
