摘要
冠心病与抑郁密切相关,相互影响。这种多重的、复杂的联系不仅使者抑郁症状加重,影响其生活质量,而且对冠心病的发病率和死亡率亦产生不良影响。现从冠心病合并抑郁的流行病学特点、发病机制、治疗这几方面进行综述。
Coronary heart disease(CHD)and depression are closely related and influence to each other.The multiple,complex contact angel depression symptoms worse,not only affect the quality of life,and the morbidity and mortality of coronary heart disease is bad also.Now from the epidemiological characteristics and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease with depression,depression is aggravating coronary heart disease mechanism,influence factors and treatment of adverse cardiovascular events of this a few aspects were summarized.
