非手术治疗脑梗死患者住院费用影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of patients with cerebral infarction of non-surgical treatment

目的观察2015—2017年非手术治疗脑梗死患者住院费用、住院天数的变化以及住院费用的构成情况,分析非手术治疗脑梗死患者住院费用的影响因素。方法收集2015—2017年某市级三级甲等综合医院非手术治疗脑梗死患者的住院费用数据,对数据进行描述性分析,并通过多元线性回归分析对住院费用的影响因素进行研究。结果 2015—2017年非手术治疗脑梗死患者中位住院费用由12 782元降至12 029元,中位住院天数由10 d缩至8 d,住院费用以药费和化验费为主,分别占56. 58%、12. 50%,住院费用的主要影响因素为住院天数和药费比例。结论 2015—2017年非手术治疗脑梗死患者住院费用逐年降低,住院费用的主要影响因素为住院天数及药费比例,以住院天数和药费为抓手可进一步控制住院总费用。

Objective To observe the changes in hospitalization expenses and hospitalization days and the composition of hospitalization expenses of patients with cerebral infarction of non-surgical treatment from 2015 to 2017.Methods The hospitalization cost data of patients with cerebral infarction of non-surgical treatment in a municipal level three-level general hospital in 2015 to 2017 were selected,and the data were descriptively analyzed,and the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses were studied through multiple linear regression analysis.Results From 2015 to 2017,the median hospitalization expenses of patients with cerebral infarction of non-surgical treatment were reduced from 12 782 yuan to 12 029 yuan.The median hospitalization stay was reduced from 10 d to 8 d.The expenses of hospitalization were mainly based on medicine and laboratory fees,accounting for 56.58%and 12.50%respectively,and the main influencing factors were the hospitalization stay and proportion of drug costs.Conclusion The hospitalization expenses of patients with cerebral infarction of non-surgical treatment from 2015 to 2017 are reduced year by year.The main influencing factors of hospitalization expenses are the hospitalization stay and proportion of drug costs.The hospitalization stay and drug costs can be used to further control the total cost of hospitalization.
