体感诱发电位和日常生活活动能力评估在脊髓损伤康复中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Somatosensory Evoked Potentials and Activities of Daily Living in the Rehabilitation of Spinal Cord Injury

目的探讨对脊髓损伤患者进行康复评估期间,分析SEPs(体感诱发电位)检查以及ADL(日常生活活动能力)评价的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月～2017年12月本院收治的202例脊髓损伤患者,对所有患者在施以康复治疗前后,合理展开SEPs检查工作以及ADL评定工作。结果损伤程度A级、B级、C级、D级患者治疗后ADLd水平均显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);损伤病程<1个月、1～3个月、4～6个月、7～12个月的患者治疗后ADL水平均显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);损伤程度A级、B级、C级、D级患者治疗后N波,P波值均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);损伤病程<1个月、1～3个月、4～6个月、7～12个月的患者治疗后N波值,P波值均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于脊髓损伤患者开展SEPs检查工作以及ADL评定工作,可以对患者的康复效果进行准确评估。

Objective To investigate the application value of SEPs(somatosensory evoked potentials)and ADL(activity of daily living)in the evaluation of rehabilitation patients with spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 202 patients with spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled.All patients were evaluated for SEPs and ADL before and after rehabilitation.Results The levels of ADL in patients with grade A,grade B,grade C and grade D were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The ADL level in the duration of injury,such as less than 1 month,1 to 3 months,4 to 6 months,7 to 12 months,was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).N wave and P wave values of grade A,B,C and D were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);N wave and P wave values in patients with injury course<1 month,1~3 months,4~6 months,7~12 months were significantly lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The SEPs examination and ADL assessment work for patients with spinal cord injury can accurately assess the rehabilitation effect of patients.
