介入治疗对冠心病合并左心功能不全患者临床效果及心功能分析

Clinical Efficacy and Cardiac Function analysis of Interventional Treatment on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Left Ventricular Dysfunction

目的分析冠心病合并左心功能不全者应用介入治疗的临床效果及心功能情况。方法对本院2017年2月～2018年3月诊治冠心病并左心功能不全的132例患者临床资料加以分析,依据不同治疗方法分为两组,每组66例。对照组患者行药物治疗,观察组患者行介入治疗,比较两组临床疗效及心功能。结果在观察组中,有2例出血、1例再灌注心律失常;观察组左室射血分数、左室收缩末期内径和左室舒张末期内径均比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对冠心病并左心功能不全者采取介入治疗安全性较高,患者并发症少,且有利于改善患者心功能。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease and left ventricular dysfunction treated with interventional therapy.Methods The clinical data of 132 patients with coronary heart disease and left ventricular dysfunction treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were analyzed.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups,66 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with drug therapy.while patients in the observation group were treated with interventional therapy.Compared clinical efficacy and cardiac function of the two groups.Results In the observation group,there were 2 cases of hemorrhage and 1 case of reperfusion arrhythmia;the left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-systolic diameter,and left ventricular end diastolic diameter were superior than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Interventional treatment for patients with coronary heart disease and left ventricular dysfunction is safe,and has few complications,and it is beneficial to improve the heart function of patients,which has a high promotion value.
