恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎相关性肾小球肾炎的效果研究

The Study of the Effect of Entecavir in the Treatment of Hepatitis B associated Glomerulonephritis

目的探讨恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎相关性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年7月～2017年9月本院收治的120例乙型肝炎相关性肾小球肾炎患者,随机分为两组:对照组60例,仅采用常规治疗;观察组60例,在此基础上加用恩替卡韦,比较两组患者的临床疗效与生化指标。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组总有效率68.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血清肌酐、人血白蛋白、谷丙转氨酸与24h尿蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组血清肌酐、人血白蛋白、谷丙转氨酸、24h尿蛋白四项生化指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在乙型肝炎相关性肾小球肾炎的临床治疗中应用恩替卡韦治疗,疗效确切,能够有效改善患者的血清肌酐、谷丙转氨酸、人血白蛋白以及24h尿蛋白水平,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B associated glomerulonephritis.Methods A total of 120 patients with hepatitis B-related glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to September 2017 were randomLy divided into two groups:60 patients in the control group,only conventional treatment;60 patients in the observation group.,and on the basis of control group,entecavir was added.Compared the clinical efficacy and biochemical indicators of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum creatinine,human serum albumin,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and 24h urine protein between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum creatinine,human serum albumin and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and 24h urine protein were superior to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of entecavir in the clinical treatment of hepatitis B associated glomerulonephritis is effective and can effectively improve the levels of serum creatinine,human serum albumin,glutamicpyruvic transaminase and 24h urine protein.It is worthy of clinical application.
