血清胃蛋白酶原、胃泌素和糖类抗原724测定对胃癌和胃炎患者的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Serum Pepsinogen, Gastrin and Carbohydrate Antigen 724 in Patients with Gastric Cancer and Gastritis

目的研究及探索血清胃蛋白酶原、胃泌素和糖类抗原724测定对胃癌和胃炎患者的诊断价值。方法研究对象均为2016年4月～2018年3月来本院接受体检和治疗的患者,其中对照组14例,均为健康体检者,良性胃病组66例,癌前病变组14例,胃癌组8例,所有受检者均使用电化学发光免疫技术对患者血清中的胃蛋白酶原、胃泌素以及糖类抗原724进行测定,对所得结果展开统计学分析。结果检验结果显示,各组间的胃蛋白酶原、胃泌素以及糖类抗原724指标对比均存在显著差异,胃蛋白酶原随病情恶化程度加重而降低,糖类抗原724则随病情恶化程度加重而升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);良性胃病组患者与对照组相比,胃泌素水平下降,但癌前病变组和胃癌组患者的胃泌素水平均明显增高,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论血清胃蛋白酶原、胃泌素和糖类抗原724水平能够一定程度上反应胃黏膜病变的恶性程度,可作为有效诊断依据。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum pepsinogen,gastrin and carbohydrate antigen 724 in patients with gastric cancer and gastritis.Methods The patients were enrolled in the Jiyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2016 to March 2018.Among the cases,14 were in the control group and all were healthy,66 were benign gastric disease,and 14 were precancerous.Eight patients in the gastric cancer group were tested for pepsinogen,gastrin and carbohydrate antigen 724 in the serum of patients using electrochemiluminescence immunoassay.The results were statistically analyzed.Results The results showed that there were significant differences in the comparison of pepsinogen,gastrin and carbohydrate antigen 724 between the groups.Pepsinogen decreased with the severity of the disease,and carbohydrate antigen 724 increased with the severity of the disease.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastrin level was decreased in the benign gastric disease group compared with the control group,but the gastrin level in the precancerous lesion group and the gastric cancer group was significantly increased.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum pepsinogen,gastrin and carbohydrate antigen 724 can reflect the malignant degree of gastric mucosal lesions to a certain extent,which can be used as an effective diagnostic basis.
