摘要 目的探析采用两种不同的免疫检验方法检测乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染血清学标志物的临床效果。方法选取院内2017年1月~2018年4月收集的168例乙型肝炎病毒感染患者作为研究样本,按随机数字表法将其平均分成对照组、观察组,各84例。,对照组患者使用酶联免疫吸附法进行检测,观察组患者使用电化学发光法进行检测,对比两组检测后的血清学标志物阳性率、诊断准确率。结果检测后发现,观察组HBV表面抗原阳性率、HBVe抗原阳性率、HBV表面抗体阳性率、HBVe抗体阳性率以及HBV核心抗体阳性率均高于对照组,;观察组诊断准确率高于对照组,有明显差异(P <0.05)。结论与酶联免疫吸附法相比,使用电化学发光法的免疫检验方法对乙型肝炎病毒感染血清学标志物检测的结果准确性更高。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of two different immunoassay methods for the detection of serum markers of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.Methods From January 2017 to April 2018,168 patients with hepatitis b virus infection in the hospital were selected as the study samples.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,84 cases in each group,according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay,and patients in the observation group were detected by electrochemiluminescence assay,and the positive rate and diagnostic accuracy of serological markers in the two groups were compared.Results After detection,it was found that the positive rates of HBV surface antigen,HBVe antigen,HBV surface antibody,HBVe antibody and HBV core antibody in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,withhad significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ELISA,the use of the electrochemiluminescence immunoassay method is more accurate for the detection of serological markers of hepatitis B virus infection.
