心理护理在小儿静脉穿刺中的应用

The Application of Psychological Nursing in Children's Venipuncture

目的分析心理护理干预在小儿静脉穿刺中的应用效果。方法选取本院2016年9月～2017年9月收治的80例门诊就诊患儿作为研究对象,将患儿随机分为对照组(40)例、观察组(40)例,给予对照组患儿常规的护理方法,观察组患儿给予心理护理干预,比较两组患儿输液配合程度、患儿静脉穿刺成功率以及患儿家属满意率。结果对照组患儿的治疗依从性为87.5%,观察组患儿的治疗依从性为95%,因此,观察组患儿的治疗依从性高于对照组(P <0.05);对照组患儿静脉一次穿刺成功率为85%;观察组患儿静脉一次穿刺成功率为95%,观察组患儿静脉一次穿刺成功率更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组家属满意度比较,对照组满意率为85%,观察组满意率为92.5%。与对照组相比,观察组患儿家属满意率更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将心理护理干预应用于小儿静脉穿刺中,能够提升患儿的治疗依从性,提高患儿静脉一次穿刺成功率,大大提高患儿家属满意率。因此,该护理方法值得在临床中应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on children’s venipuncture.Methods 80 cases of outpatients in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 as the object of study,patients were randomLy divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases),the control group given routine nursing in the observation group were given psychological nursing intervention,coordination degree,the success ratio of puncture and children family satisfaction rate of two groups were more than the infusion.Results The treatment compliance of patients in the control group was 87.5%,the treatment compliance of the patients in the observation group was 95%),therefore,the treatment compliance of observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);control group with intravenous puncture success rate was 85%;the observation group with venous puncture success rate was 95%.The observation group with a higher success rate of vein puncture,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);family satisfaction between the two groups,the control group is 85%.The satisfaction rate of the observation group satisfaction rate was 92.5%.Compared with the control group,the family satisfaction rate of the children in the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in pediatric venipuncture can improve the treatment compliance of children,improve the success rate of once puncture,and greatly improve the family satisfaction rate of children.Therefore,this nursing method is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
