优质护理模式对产房护理管理的影响

The Effect of High Quality Nursing Model on Nursing Room Nursing Management

目的探究高质量的临床护理模式对于产房护理管理的影响。方法对2017年1月～2018年1月于本院就诊的546例产妇的数据进行分析,随机分成两组,对照组产妇实施常规护理,实验组产妇实施优质护理。分析两组产妇对护理质量的满意程度以及产妇产后并发症发生率。结果实验组产妇对所受到的护理满意程度高于对照组(P <0.05),实验组产妇产后并发症的发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对产妇实施优质护理能够提高产妇的满意程度,降低产后并发症发生率,缓和医患、医护关系,具有较大的临床应用意义。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing model on care management in the delivery room.Methods The data of 546 maternal patients who were present in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were analyzed and randomLy divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given quality care.The maternal satisfaction with maternal care quality and maternal postpartum complications were analyzed.Results The maternal satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing for mothers could improve the satisfaction of mothers and medical staff,reduce the incidence of postpartum complications,ease the relationship between doctors and patients,and the relationship between nurse and patients.It has great clinical significance.
