逆城市化或去城市化是一个人口迁移和社会关系变革的过程,人们从城市地区迁移到城郊地区甚至农村地区,与城市化形成鲜明的对照。中国社会科学院研究员的报告中指出"中国城市化进程基本结束",而在城市化水平达到巅峰后往往伴随着逆城市化趋势的开始。粮食供求体系对城市化水平的变化十分敏感,而粮食安全一直是民生的重中之重,因此进行逆城市化下粮食供求体系变化趋势探析是十分必要的。
