摘要 目前提取大豆作物中的油脂可采用微生物发酵法,结合单因素实验,再配合响应曲面分析法实现对微生物的深度发酵,最终明确大豆油脂提取中所存在的诸多影响因素。本研究主要结合大豆油脂的微生物发酵实验方法对其发酵条件进行优化,分析该实验方法的具体流程及各因素对大豆油脂提油量的影响,最后得出实验结论。 At present,microbial fermentation method can be used to extract soybean oil from soybean crops,combined with single factor experimental basis,combined with response surface methodology to achieve the deep fermentation of microorganisms,and ultimately to analyze the factors that affect the extraction of soybean oil.In this paper,the fermentation conditions of soybean oil were optimized by combining with the microbial fermentation experiment method.The specific process of the experiment method and the influence of various factors on the oil extraction of soybean oil were analyzed.
