农村土地确权的完成对推进新型城镇化的影响

Analysis of the Impact of the Completion of Rural Land Ownership on the Promotion of New Urbanization

农村土地确权是近年来在我国农村地区推行的一项举措,主要是为了规范农村土地市场,更好地保障广大农民的权益。从2012年起我国的城镇化程度已经超过50%,这是我国社会发展进步的表现,而农村土地确权对城镇化有着一定的影响。文章对现阶段农村土地确权的一些不足及其城镇化的影响进行探讨,并提出了一些建议,以期对农村土地确权的有效开展以及城镇化建设的进一步提升提供帮助。

Rural land right is a measure carried out in rural areas of China in recent years,mainly to regulate the market of agricultural land and better protect the rights and interests of farmers.Since 2012,the degree of urbanization in China has exceeded 50%.This is a manifestation of the progress of domestic social development,and the right to determine agricultural land has a certain impact on urbanization.This article discusses some of the shortcomings of the right to determine agricultural land at this stage and its impact on urbanization.And put forward some suggestions,hope that the effective development of agricultural land rights and the further improvement of urbanization construction is helpful.
