摘要
转基因大豆自诞生以来便迅速发展,随着世界上转基因大豆种植比重的激增,人们不可避免地要接触到转基因大豆及其制品,对转基因大豆的安全性的讨论也备受关注。本文对现阶段部分流通的转基因大豆以及其外源基因进行介绍,分析了转基因大豆的风险,并对转基因大豆及其制品做出一定的评价和见解。
Transgenic soybean has developed rapidly since its birth.With the rapid increase of the proportion of transgenic soybean planting in the world,people inevitably come into contact with transgenic soybean and its products.In this paper,transgenic soybean and its exogenous genes were introduced,the safety and risk of transgenic soybean were analyzed,and the transgenic soybean and its products were evaluated.
