摘要
本研究以一台新型的食品重金属快速检测仪为对象,通过对典型粮食品种稻谷中4种常见重金属Cd、Pb、As、Se的检测,研究了其快速筛查能力和测定的准确性、重复性、稳定性等指标。结果表明:当测试样品为稻谷时,该X荧光射线光谱型食品重金属检测仪其快速筛查能力,测试的准确性、重复性及稳定性能够满足日常测试的要求,与国标要求的AAS石墨炉法相比,在稻谷中Cd浓度的范围为0.10~0.60mg/kg,该设备检测结果与标准方法之间的相对误差≤20%。
The paper studied the rapid screening ability、Accuracy、repeatability and stability of a new rapid food heavy mental detector by detecting four mental elements Cd、pb、As、Se in paddy.The results showed us:the rapid screening ability、Accuracy、repeatability and stability of the new rapid food heavy mental detector using X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry can meet the requirements of regular testing,and compared with the method of national standard using GFAAAS,the relative error was≤20%when the concerntration of Cd range from 0.10mg/kg to 0.60mg/kg.
