本研究基于随机前沿生产模型,利用江苏水稻种植户的调研数据,分析不同生产环节外包对水稻生产效率的影响。研究表明,受教育年限对水稻生产技术效率有显著正向影响,土地细碎化对水稻生产效率有显著负向影响,整地环节、病虫害防治环节和肥料管理对水稻生产技术效率有显著负向影响,灌溉管理对水稻生产环节外包有显著正向影响。未来政府应关注提高外包服务的质量,从而促进水稻生产技术效率。

Based on the stochastic frontier production model,using the survey data of rice growers in Jiangsu Province,analyzing the impact of outsourcing of different production links on rice production efficiency Studies have shown that the years of education have a significant positive impact on the efficiency of rice production technology,and the fragmentation of land has a significant negative impact on rice production efficiency.The Leveling land,pest control and fertilizer management have a negative impact on the efficiency of rice production technology,and irrigation management has a significant positive impact on the outsourcing of rice production.In this regard,we should improve the quality of outsourcing services to improve the efficiency of rice production technology to develop modern agriculture.
