摘要
采用固相法制备Na和Nb掺杂的Y_(0.75)Bi_(0.15)Sm_(0.10)VO_4:xNa(0≤x≤0.18)和Y_(0.75)Bi_(0.15)Sm_(0.10)VO_4:yNb(0≤y≤0.12)荧光粉.在411nm和482nm光的激发下,Y_(0.75)Bi_(0.15)Sm_(0.10)VO_4:xNa(0≤x≤0.18)和Y_(0.75)Bi_(0.15)Sm_(0.10)VO_4:yNb(0≤y≤0.12)荧光粉有相同的4个尖锐的Sm的发射峰:4 G5/2-6 H5/2(566nm),4 G5/2-6 H7/2(604nm),4 G5/2-6 H9/2(647nm),4 G5/2-6 H11/2(713nm).对Y_(0.75)Bi_(0.15)Sm_(0.10)VO_4:xNa(0≤x≤0.18)样品,发光强度随着Na含量的增加而增强,且x=0.15时达最大值.对Y_(0.75)Bi_(0.15)Sm_(0.10)VO_4:yNb(0≤y≤0.12)样品,发光强度也随着Nb含量的增加而增强,且y=0.08时达到最大值.研究结果表明Na和Nb掺杂能提升材料的发光性能.
The Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4:x Na(0≤x≤0.18)and Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4:y Nb(0≤y≤0.12)phosphors were synthesized by the conventional solid-state reaction.Under the excitation of 411 nm and 482 nm,the Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4:x Na(0≤x≤0.18)and Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4:y Nb(0≤y≤0.12)phosphors had the same four sharp emission lines,^4G5/2-^6H5/2(566 nm),^4G5/2-^6H7/2(604 nm),^4G5/2-^6H9/2(647 nm),^4G5/2-^6H 11/2(713 nm)of Sm ions.The emission intensity increased and then decreased with the increase of Na content for these Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4:x Na(0≤x≤0.18)samples,and the maximum emission intensity was achieved when x was 0.15.As for the Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4:y Nb(0≤y≤0.12)samples,the emission intensity increased with the increase of Nb doping amount.The strongest intensity was obtained in the case of y=0.08.These results indicated that the doping of both Na and Nb enhanced the photoluminescence intensity.
