摘要
20世纪80年代以来,战略规划作为一种对大学生存发展具有关键作用的管理工具和管理方法而逐渐流行开来。从战略管理过程来看,对任何大学来说,形成战略都是一件不太容易的事情,但在大学范围内有效实施战略则是一项更为困难和复杂的任务。本文在探讨战略实施失败原因的基础上,重点分析了战略领导、组织结构、年度计划、绩效管理、大学文化、支持系统等大学战略有效实施的若干驱动因素,以期为提高大学战略实施效果提供可行的路径。
Since the 1980s,strategic planning has been widely employed by universities as an administrative tool and was deemed crucial to the survival and growth of higher education institutes.From a strategic management perspective,forming a strategy is not easy for any universities,and implementation of the strategy campus-wide effectively is even more complicated and challenging.This paper based its analysis on the reasons of failed strategy implementation,and paid special attention to factors known to drive effective strategy implementation,such as the strategic leadership,organizational structure,annual plans,performance management,university culture,and support system.The goal is to explore the path to improve the outcome of strategy implementation for universities.
