基于培养卓越法律人才视角下的法学专业教育综合改革研究

A Research on Comprehensive Legal Education:From an Excellency Perspective

我国当前的法学教育规模与质量不相匹配,培养出的法律人才不能很好地满足经济、社会发展的需求。在此情况下,教育部、中央政法委决定实施卓越法律人才教育培养计划,这一计划毫无疑问符合国家发展战略、经济社会发展和高等教育发展的需求。根据不同阶段、不同层次的法学教育在法律人才培养中的不同定位,我们需要进一步明确各种法律人才培养目标和特色,从而推动法学专业教育的综合改革。本文结合中南财经政法大学法学教育的现状,结合卓越法律人才教育培养计划,对全面推动法学专业教育综合改革进行探讨。

The current legal education in China faces a problem of mismatch between quality and scale.Graduates with law degrees could not meet the requirements of social and economic development.Under such circumstances,the Ministry of Education and the Central Committee of Politics and Law had decided to implement the Plan for Outstanding Legal Education,which is no doubt necessary and responsive with respect to the nation’s social and economic development strategy as well as higher education’s development needs.Depending on the different roles played by legal educations at different levels and stages,respective educational goals and specialties must be further clarified so that comprehensive reforms can be advanced.Based on the current status of legal education in Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and the specifics of the Plan for Outstanding Legal Education,this article explores and discusses the issue of advancing comprehensive reforms in legal education.
