摘要
高校教师作为高等学校进步的核心力量,在高等学校的人才培养和科学研究中承担着艰巨的任务。但是,高校教师在维权方面还存在着诸多困境,需要我们对此进行深入探讨。高校教师职业的特殊性决定着他们在自己的工作中对于自己权利维护的特殊性。美国高等学校教师在维护自己权利的法律救济方面的经验和做法有其特色,值得我们去参照和揣摩。
The faculty of universities who undertakes arduous tasks in training talents and conducting research is the core drive behind the development of higher education institutions.Yet,they also face difficulties in protecting their legal rights.This is an issue that calls for in-depth examination.Due to the unique nature of their work,approaches to protect university faculty members'legal rights are special.There are some experiences and lessons learned by the US higher education professionals in their practice of upholding the faculty's legal rights.Such experiences and lessons are worth consulting and considering.
