摘要
大学课程主体分布在课程运行的各个环节,从课程决策、课程设计、课程实施到课程评估,每个环节的主体都有各自的权力与责任。本文基于大学课程主体的探讨,分析了我国当前以精品课程建设为主的课程建设模式的优势与不足,探讨了主体缺失对课程建设的影响,提出了课程建设应追求整体最优而不是局部最优的理念。建立课程主体全部参与的课程建设模式,可以对课程建设进行整体规划、对教师课程设计与实施进行有效指导,提高课程建设目标与院校人才培养目标的吻合度,并实现院校的特色教学与实践。
The individuals in charge of university curriculum decisions,curriculum design,curriculum implementation and course evaluation have their own rights and responsibilities.By identifying the roles of such individuals,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the current and primary curriculum development model in China,namely the quality course construction.It also analyzes the impact on curriculum development because of the lack of individuals input,and proposes that curriculum development should seek overall optimum rather than partial optimum.The model which involves a full participation during curriculum development makes it possible to lay out overall plans for all relevant courses in a subject field,and provide effective instructions to the design and implementation of curriculum.It also improves the match between the curriculum development goal and the talent development mission of the institution.As a result,the institution has a chance to realize its featured teaching and practices.
