摘要
通过考察中南财经政法大学、吉林大学、中国政法大学、西南政法大学、西北政法大学5所大学法学理论硕士研究生学位论文选题,本文主要总结了中南财经政法大学法理学硕士在毕业论文选题上存在的一些问题,并对法学理论硕士的毕业论文选题及法学教育工作提出了一些建议。本文旨在倡导跨学科、国际化的教育,督促学生论文选题规划,培养学生自主创新能力,纠正学生的创新性误区。
Through a review of the subject selections of the Jurisprudence Masters Degree Theses from 5 universities:ZhongNan University of Economics and Laws(ZNUEL),Jilin University,China University of Politics and Laws,Southwest University of Politics and Laws,and Northwest University of Politics and Laws,this study pointed out some of the issues related to the subject selections for degree theses among Jurisprudence master students from ZNUEL,and proposed some suggestions to the Jurisprudence master degree thesis subject selection as well as to the legal education overall.The suggestions are including the encouragement of multidisciplinary and international education,the oversight into students planning for degree thesis subject selection,the fostering of original innovation in students,and the correction of misunderstanding among students toward innovation.
