摘要 博士生培养过程中的师生关系最能触发导师和博士生双方的共同关切,直接影响到博士生教育教学实践的改变和质量的提升。本文从影响博士生师生关系的几个关键问题出发,分析得出存续于师生之间的心灵性对话的内涵与特征。心灵性对话彰显师生关系的主流理念与博士研究生教育价值的新方向。构建心灵性对话的师生关系聚焦于五个方面:以培植科学视野与学术理性为中心;自觉形成生态性的师德、学养改良模式;朝向共同愿景而达成的心灵契约;超越与翻转传统课堂教育模式;直抵彼此内心深处的宽容与关爱。 In the process of doctoral education,the relationship between doctoral tutors and their students not only can trigger their common concerns,but also can directly affect the teaching practice and education quality of doctoral students.Based on several key problems affecting the relationship between doctoral tutors and their students,the connotation and characteristics of spiritual dialogue surviving in the tutors and students are analyzed,which manifested the mainstream concept and new direction of the doctoral graduate education value.Five aspects are focused on to build the relationship between doctoral tutors and their students manifesting the spiritual dialogue:center on cultivate scientific vision and academic rationality,consciously form the ecological ethics and educated improvement model,soul contract towards a shared vision and,transcendence and flip the traditional pattern of classroom education,tolerance and love which reach each other s deep inside.
