摘要
在一台出口印尼460t/h的循环流化床锅炉上开展温度场分布特性及优化调整试验研究,该锅炉纯烧印尼褐煤,由于灰分很低(4%~6%),导致循环物料少,炉内温度场均匀性差。锅炉前期运行需在线大量添加床料(A床料),温度场均匀性没有改善。因此,寻找了另外2种河沙(B床料和C床料)作为添加床料进行试验,试验结果表明,B、C床料均比A床料更适合作为启动和运行添加床料。进一步添加C床料时锅炉运行参数优于添加B床料时。通过试验结果,结合当地实际条件以及成本,确定使用C床料作为该锅炉今后启动和运行添加床料。
The temperature field distribution characteristics and optimization experiments were carried out on a circulating fluidized bed boiler with an export of 460t/h from Indonesia.The boiler burned Indonesian lignite pure,and due to the low ash content(4%to 6%),resulting in less recycled materials.The uniformity of temperature field in furnace is poor.The boiler needs to add a lot of bed material(A bed material)online in the early stage of operation,and the uniformity of temperature field has not improved.Therefore,two other types of river sand(B and C)were found to be used as additional bed materials.The test results show that B and C bed materials are more suitable for starting and running as additional bed materials than A bed materials.Further,when adding C bed material,the boiler operation parameters are better than when adding B bed material.Based on the test results and the local conditions and cost,it is determined that C bed material is used for the boiler to start and run in the future.
