摘要
为提高毕业生就业的核心竞争力,文章以湖南工程学院服装设计专业为样本,抽取了连续5年在深圳市就业、创业的大学毕业生共100名,进行了职业能力社会认同度跟踪,并对就业者"一般能力""职业能力""特别能力"等3项一类因素及18种二类指标构建评价体系,试图为高校培养计划制定提供参考。
To improve the core competitiveness of graduates employment,this paper took the costume designing major in Hunan Institute of Engineering as the sample,and selected 100 college graduates with employment and entrepreneurship in Shenzhen in five consecutive years to tracking their professional ability society identity,and built the evaluation system including three factors of general ability,professional ability and special ability,and 18 kinds of indexes,tried to provide rational reference for university educational plan formulation.
